In overall the room was spotlessly clean and with bathtub and power working fine, as for instance. This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the r, Pasar Karat, R & F Mall and restaurants. It also was to the overhead bridge that links to CIQ.

During our stay at Insta Hotel Jb, we were impressed with the fantastic location. We were able to easily walk from JB Sentral to the hotel via the sheltered walkway, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel itself was nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our short holiday getaway. Plus, being just opposite R&F Mall was a bonus, as we could easily access movie theaters, shopping, and a variety of dining options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent location.

The hotel's prime location is its best aspect as it is within walking distance of the city's public transportation. there is a convenience store nearby to buy daily needs. The staffs were friendly and easy to talk to, providing assistance as needed. The design and concept of the hotel were cool and made the stay feel upscale.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the bathroom's lack of counter space, where you can store your toiletries. The breakfast serving timing could have been better for guests who needed to check out early.

Great location, friendly staff, nice lobby, cheap for overnight stay, clean and comfortable room, strategic place.

I had a great short holiday getaway here. The hotel is nice and clean with a sheltered walkway from the immigration custom. The location is really convenient and the hotel is just opposite the R&F mall, where I enjoyed shopping, catching a movie and trying different food options. I also felt safe at this hotel with the security guard/valet stationed in front of the hotel at night.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, within walking distance to a shopping mall and interesting eateries. The bed and toilet were clean, new and comfortable and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant. Another advantage was the reasonable price compared to other hotels in the same area.

The noise levels were quite high, making it hard to sleep for light sleepers. We could hear kids playing and cars passing on the road next to the building.

This hotel enjoys a prime location near the waterfront, with easy access to R & F mall, just a short walk away through the bridge. The hotel boasts of spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped with consistently hot rain showers. There are several nearby eateries around the hotel, which offer both local and western dishes.

The hotel has some drawbacks.
